Well this is something new I'm doing. A cookbook review? Yup that's what you heard. I've had a lot of people asking me about what cookbooks I use and which are my favorites. Well I don't have too many cookbooks to be honest, but they are a great resource. I'm also a huge fan of paleo blogs and was beyond ecstatic when one of my all time favorite paleo bloggers The Civilized Caveman, George Bryant came out with his first Caveman Feast Ebook. It's taken me a little while to write this because I wanted to try out the recipes in his book first so I could be sure to give you all an honest review. And I'm glad I did because my taste buds have been utterly thankful!

What do I love so much about this book? 200+ recipes. I could stop there, but whats even better is that they all have an extremely appetizing photo and a simple recipe that anyone can follow. He makes paleo living easy and enjoyable. He also got me to bust out my crockpot and I couldn't be more thankful (nor could my family). He's broken the book down into beef, pork, poultry and seafood entrees, breakfast, sides, sauces and grain free goodies (which I would argue are some of the best paleo desserts I've ever tasted!).

He's a genuine guy who's transformed his own life and body through the paleo lifestyle and understands what others are going through when making the decision to get healthy. And thanks to my handy dandy kindle app this ebook follows me around the kitchen day in and day out. So be sure to get yourself a copy of the Caveman Feast Ebook and let me know what your favorite recipes are!
